3-Way Conference Calling
This feature enables you to hold a call with multiple parties.
Adjustable Ring Length
Allows the user to adjust the number of seconds an incoming call rings before it is sent to voicemail or another number.
Anonymous Call Rejection
Allows the user to reject callers who do not display caller ID information.
Block List
Allows the user the option to block calls from specified numbers. You can either forward the call directly to voicemail, or set it so that the calling party hears a busy signal when calling.
Caller ID with Name
This allows a user to see the name and phone number that is calling, and makes screening calls a breeze.
Caller Waiting ID
This works in the same manner as regular Caller ID, but lets you know who the second calling party is, so that you can know ahead of time before switching calls.
Call Forwarding
Allows the user to forward all calls placed to the Phone Power number to another number of their choosing.
Call Waiting
This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling your Phone Power telephone number.
Click2Call
When viewing calls inside the My Account portal, the user clicks on any number to immediately dial that party. The Phone Power switch will call your VoIP phone, then connect to the other party.
Do Not Disturb
When enabled, this feature will forward all calls to voicemail.
Find Me, Follow Me
This feature allows the user to set up multiple numbers (home, work, mobile) and have inbound calls routed in a particular sequence.
Music on Hold
This feature plays hold music whenever you place someone on hold. This makes it so that the party knows they are on hold, and do not have worries or concerns about whether or not their call has been dropped.
Number for Life
Never change your number again. Phone Power allows you to take your number with you, no matter where you move.
Out of Area Number
Upon request, Phone Power can assign you a number that is outside your normal calling zone. For example, you can have a New York number in Los Angeles. This will allow callers to contact you with a local call, even if you are tens or thousands of miles away.
Remote Click2Call
Similar to Click2Call, the user enters both numbers inside the My Account portal and clicks "Connect". Both numbers are dialed and the call is connected.
Simultaneous Ring
Allows the user to set up multiple numbers (home, work, mobile) and have inbound calls ring all numbers at once.
Voicemail
Allows callers to leave you a message if you have missed or screened their call.
Voicemail to Email
When configured, allows a copy of the voicemail to be emailed to the user as a .WAV file.
